Range of Materials available
Our Reusable Name Badges are available in PVC, Recycled PVC, Bio PVC and Wood or Bamboo. We can customise them with your branding, leaving space for you to personalise them when required.
Our Name Badges are commonly used with transparent labels that can be printed on using any laser printer, or written on using permanent marker. Then simply peel the label off and replace with another, making them ideal for temporary staff, changing teams or new hires.

Reusable Name Badges
Regular Card Size in Wood or Bamboo. Available as 'Branded Blanks'.
Choose to have all cards fully engraved or printed with names, or use our transparent, removable labels to personalise them on demand.
These go through a standard laser printer or can be written on using a Sharpie or similar.
Magnetic Clip, Traditional Pin & Clip or Lanyard?
Our magnetic clips are often the easiest and most elegant option, but we can also punch a hole in our credit-card sized badges to attach to a Lanyard if you prefer.

What are the benefits of reusable staff name badges?
The biggest benefits are from a cost, flexibility and depending on the materials you use, sustainability perspective.
You'll save money as you'll need to replace your badges less often, and buying non-personalised badges in bulk will usually give you a lower unit price.
Reusable name badges mean you can replace badges at speed by printing or writing on a removable label - no waiting for personalised badges to be delivered.

Can you print custom shapes for my name badges?
Yes. We can provide reusable name badges in various shapes – please contact us for more information and a custom quote.
Can I overprint on the name badges using a Badge or ID Card printer?
If you choose PVC, Recycled or Biodegradable PVC name badges in a regular credit-card size, you can overprint names and details on demand using an ID Card Printer or Event Badge Printer. This won't give you a resuble option though.
What attachments are available?
We offer a strong magnetic clip option or traditional pin and clip combo.
If you’re choosing our credit card size badges, we can also punch a hole or slot in the top for attaching to a lanyard.
What sustainable options are available?
We offer a range of more sustainable options to traditional PVC:
- Recycled or BIo PVC when you need durability and want the badges to be long-lasting
- Paperboard, ideal for temporary use and if you want these fully personalised
- Wood or Bamboo, when you want a premium, tactile option
Will all my wood name badges look the same?
Wood is by its nature a natural product, therefore each badge will be slightly different depending on the grain or colour of the particular piece of wood used.
You should expect variances in colour and texture throughout the card run. This is what makes them unique!
Generally speaking you get more inconsistencies using bamboo due to its softer nature, so if consistency of the finished product is most important to you we would recommend going with a wood rather than bamboo.
What’s the difference between bamboo and wood?
Bamboo is more sustainable due to how quickly it grows and replenishes, however it is not as durable as other woods and you will experience more of a ‘bend’ with a bamboo card.
You can also expect more of a variation in terms of the print or engraving finish on bamboo cards when compared to wood.
