Is the Magicard 300 the right printer for you?
The Magicard 300 is a good fit if you print cards regularly or need to produce larger batches at busy times, such as staff onboarding or student enrolment. Its card hopper lets you load a batch rather than feeding every card by hand.
If you need information on both sides of your cards, select the Double Sided option when ordering to receive the free automatic double-sided upgrade.
Software and ongoing supplies
The included starter software gives you what you need to design your first cards and manage up to 100 records. If you need more records, additional features, or macOS compatibility, browse our ID card software options, or contact us for advice on the right upgrade before ordering.

Does this bundle include everything I need to start printing?
It includes the printer, a full-colour ribbon, 100 blank cards, starter card design software and a USB cable. You will also need a compatible computer. A printer cleaning kit is recommended but sold separately.
Does the printer print on both sides automatically?
Yes, if you select the free Double Sided upgrade when ordering. The printer will print both sides without you having to turn cards over manually.
Can I print more than 100 cards?
Yes. The 100 blank cards are the starting supply included in the bundle, not a limit on the printer. You can buy more cards and replacement ribbons as needed. The included Starter software supports up to 100 records; ask us about software upgrades if you need to manage more.
Is the Magicard 300 suitable for a Mac?
Please contact us before ordering if you plan to use a Mac, so we can check that the printer and your chosen card design software will work with your setup.
