Can you design my artwork for me?
Yes. We appreciate that not everyone has a Designer or has access to a design package, so we offer a Design and Artworking service for just £25. You can select this when buying our products online, or give us a call for more information.
Will you design my logo for me?
Sorry, but we’re not able to design your logo as part of our artworking service.
How long will it take to get my cards?
Our standard turnaround time is 10 working days from card proof approval. When you've signed off the printed card proof (or the PDF artwork proof if your deadlines are tight), we will get your printed cards to you within 10 working days.
Can you get them to me faster?
You can upgrade to our Fast Track 7-working day turnaround for an extra £30. Again, this is 7 working days from sign-off of the card proof.
I’m not sure what features I need on the card, what do I do?
If you’re unsure about whether you need to add extra features like magstripe, barcodes or signature strips, give one of our friendly team a call. We’ll run through your requirements to make sure you aren’t paying for extra features you don’t need.
Can I print more than one design on my cards?
Yes. You can change the design of your cards 'mid run' for just £25 for additional design. For example, if you need 500 membership cards split into 300 'full' members design, and 200 'weekend' members design, we can do this for an extra £25.
How do I know the printed cards will look like the artwork I’ve sent in?
If you’re ordering custom printed cards, we will send you an actual card sample to approve in the post before we print all of your cards.
Will you send me a card proof?
If you are ordering a customised card, we will always send you a ‘press’ proof to approve if you want one. Sometimes, if your deadlines are tight, you may have to approve a PDF version.
Do you send out card samples?
Absolutely. Simply drop us a line, let us know what type of cards you’re interested in and we’ll send you some samples in the post.
I’m not sure exactly what access control card or key fob is right for my system, can you help?
We certainly can. We offer a free ‘card matching’ service. Simply give us a call and we’ll ask you some questions to ascertain exactly what product you need. We may ask you to email us a photograph of the card or fob, or the box they came in, so we can be sure you’re ordering the right product for your entry system.
How thick are your cards?
Cards are measured in Microns. Most of our cards are 760 Microns, or 0.76mm, which is the standard thickness of a bank card. You can find out more in our Card Terminology section, or ask us to send some samples so you can see them for yourself.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all mainstream credit and debit cards and PayPal via our website. This is easy, fast and secure. If you're unable to pay via the website, we can also take payment over the phone.
Will I receive an invoice?
Once we have posted out your goods, we will email you a VAT invoice.
I know what I want to order, what happens now?
Simply add the cards you want to order to the basket and checkout as normal. If you have ordered custom printed goods, we’ll then get in touch with you to check your order and delivery schedule, and to arrange design of your cards. If you have any questions around turnaround times, please call us first.
What are your delivery charges?
Standard delivery costs £3.90, and expedited delivery starts from £9.95. More information on shipping costs can be found here.
Do your cards have a cardboard inner?
No. Unlike other card manufacturers who cut costs by having an integral cardboard core, our cards are made from 100% plastic, which means they last longer and look better.
Can I have my cards on biodegradable materials?
Yes. We offer a high quality biodegradable plastic that is long lasting and looks great, for only a small extra cost. Call or email us for more information and a quote.
Can I have different quantities to those listed?
Absolutely - please email or call us for a custom quote.
Will I see a proof to approve before you print my cards?
Yes. After we’ve designed your card we’ll send you a proof to approve. We’ll only print your cards when you’re happy and have signed it off.
What is your Card Bank and is it available on all your cards?
Our Card Bank gives you the ability to ‘bank’ more cards than you need right now and draw down on them at a later date. At the moment this is only available on ID cards and Membership cards. Get more information on our card bank or call one of our team.
I want to add a signature strip onto my cards. Is this possible?
You can choose to add a number of features such as signature panels, barcodes and printed numbers to many of our cards. For further information please email or call one of our team.
What is your overprinting option on membership cards?
Our overprinting service allows you to print a larger quantity of membership cards than you need right now, to be called upon when new members join throughout the year. We print these cards at the same time as the others, we just don’t personalise them. Whenever you need to call on them, we then overprint the new members’ details.
